To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting spaces and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.
Global Ballroom
Comprised of four sections, the Global Ballroom is 10,400 square feet. Elegance meets state-of-the-art technology in this space with its clean lines and fabulous lighting. Use the four salons separately, in various combinations or as one big room for your next gala. Welcome seminar participants in the pre-function area, just outside the ballroom. Thank 900 employees for a record-breaking year with a lavish banquet. Introduce your new company to the business community with a reception for 2,000.
Grand Ballroom
Like its Global counterpart, the Grand Ballroom boasts four individual salons that can be joined together or used separately. Combine the four and the Grand Ballroom becomes a magnificent 8,000-square-foot venue for your next corporate event. Distribute welcome packets to guests in the generous pre-function space, fronting the room. Gather 1,500 colleagues at a post-conference reception. Florida Ballroom
Three spaces or one large one – either way, Florida Ballroom is sure to suit your next event. Meet business associates in the adjacent Society Lounge for drinks before heading over to a question and answer session on your latest acquisition, arranged theatre-style for 575 guests. Sponsor the next chamber of commerce mixer reception for 600 in the Florida Ballroom.
Amphitheatre
Capture attendees' interest during your annual lecture in Hyatt Bonaventure Conference Center's Amphitheatre. The octagon-shaped room seats 175. A crisp blue and white decor enlivens this arena.
Sawgrass Boardroom
Rich wood paneling and comfortable, toffee leather chairs surround a gleaming circular boardroom table in this space. The Sawgrass Boardroom, with 552 square feet, boasts views of the lush vegetation just beyond this salon. Fete a retiring business partner with a farewell banquet for 40. Coral Springs Plantation

Chairman's / President's / Executive Boardrooms

The Chairman's Boardroom is spacious at 690 square feet and features permanent seating. At 600 square feet each, the President's and Executive Boardrooms can accommodate a variety of events. Everglades / Naples
Representing one of Florida's great landmarks and cities respectively, each of these intimate salons is 375 square feet. Recite your vows before 30 of your closest friends and family members. Throw a bachelor party, with 16 people, for your brother-in-law in either room.
Key Largo Theatre / Key West
Their names may evoke a laid-back vibe, but we'll let you decide what tone you'd like to set in each of these rooms. Key Largo Theatre seats 48. At 1,728-square-feet, Key West can cater to a subdued and elegant 120-person banquet or a lively cocktail reception for 250.
Biscayne / Marathon / Sanibel
These parlors are 775, 375 and 375 square feet, respectively. Hold a computer training class for 16 in Sanibel. Outline your business strategy for the New Year before 30 members of your management team in Marathon. Introduce your new CEO to 100 staff members at a welcome reception in Biscayne.
